Welcome to the Amazon Associates Program. Before you get started, we'd like to share with you some important information about our program to get you ready to earn big with Amazon. The Affiliate ID is your identification within our program and was chosen by you in your application process. It is also how we will identify your sales made through our program. When creating your link through our Site Stripe, your ID will be added to the link. With it, we will be able to identify the customers coming from your website, social network or blog.

You can find your ID on our portal, in the top menu on the right. It will be the name with the ending with ‘-20’, for example: james52-20.

So that we can correctly identify your sales in our program, you must disclose your associate links only on the websites, social networks or blogs registered by you on our portal. You can update the list of sites at any time on this tab on our portal.

Remember that any social networks open to the public are accepted, including Facebook (fan pages or open groups), Instagram, Youtube and more. Messaging apps like WhatsApp and Telegram are not allowed as they are not public social networks. To learn more about using social media, check out an article on the subject here.

You will receive commissions for all products purchased through your link, whether referred by you or not. Your commission will be valid if the customer purchases the product 24 hours after clicking on your link or if the customer adds the product to the cart and completes the purchase within 89 days after the initial click on the link.

Selling to friends and family with the Associates link is prohibited by our Operating Agreement. The Associates Program was created with the aim of giving content creators the opportunity to monetize their websites, blogs or social networks. This is different from a discount program, where the purpose is strictly for personal use. Our aim is to empower more and more content creators who are starting their activities to become more independent and be able to reinvest in their own business through their income generated with Amazon.

Unfortunately, we cannot share how orders are identified for individuals, the same organization or family members. However, it is important that you know that we do not want to block your monetization, but to help your channel grow in a professional way. We know that this type of purchase is difficult to prevent, so your account will not be closed if one or two orders occur this way. But we will send you a warning if most of your link requests have this feature, as it will be contrary to our policy.

Payment of program commissions is made by direct bank deposit to the registered bank account. Our payment period is 60 days, which means that sales made in January will be paid at the end of March. In addition, there is a minimum deposit amount (depending on payment option selected by you of 10 CAD (for deposits), 10 CAD (for gift cards) and 100 CAD (for check). If you do not reach this amount after 3 months, we deposit in the month in which the total amount reaches the min limits specified above. The entire payment process is automatic, meaning you don't have to make any requests. So that you don't have any problems with your payment, keep your bank account information always up to date on our portal.

Before we make your first payment, we perform a 1 cent deposit test to confirm that your payment information is correct. After confirming this payment, we are sure that there will be no problem with the next deposits. That 1 cent will not be deducted from your future payments.

The Amazon Associates Program makes the Site Stripe link building tool available to all of its associates. With it, you can create your link with the shortened Associate ID or with product images, in the case of product pages. The Associate link has no time limit to remain available. When you place it on your website, the link will always be with your Associate ID and always valid, regardless of the time or number of customers who clicked on it. What is valid is the period of the visitor's session, that is, the time from the moment he clicks on your link and is redirected to the Amazon website.

When a customer clicks on your Affiliate link, their Affiliate ID will be tracked for the duration of their stay on the site from the moment they log in. This is important as your commissions will be validated from there. Your commission will be valid if the customer purchases the product 24 hours after clicking on your link or if the customer adds the product to the cart and completes the purchase within 89 days after the initial click on the link.

We provide exclusive reports on our portal. Find them by navigating the toolbar > Reports > Earnings Reports. In these reports, you can check your click-through rate, earnings, conversion and more. This way, you can better understand which products and content are most interesting to your audience. To learn more, check out our article.

The reports available to you contain all sales made through your link and are updated every day at midnight. What can happen is that you have sold the product during the day and the information is not yet available on the portal. Therefore, we ask that you wait at least 24 hours to verify orders.

It is important to remember that compensation will occur when the product is shipped, not when the product is purchased, which can take more than 24 hours. Rest assured, because in the same report you can view both information: ordered products and shipped products. If the product is cancelled, you will not receive a commission for this purchase and the sale will be removed from your earnings report.

We know that you have a very close contact with your audience and we highly value this relationship between you. However, Amazon takes the confidentiality of our customers' information very seriously. Therefore, we do not share our customer information directly with our Associates. Therefore, we do not allow any customer order tracking requests in the program.
